Overview

In this session, Tamara will share her knowledge of one of the seven limbs of yoga, pranayama. With specific breathwork practices one can shift the body to achieve vitality and an optimum level where the body can heal most effectively. With these practices we open to healing opportunities for your own practice but also to model and share with your children.

Tamara Duncan is trained in many healing modalities such as sound healing, yoga (500RYT), Chakradance, Shamanism, Reiki, and more. She has also created two methods of energy healing, the first is called Autism Intuitive Balancing which is a customized approach to working with children diagnosed with autism through telepathy.
