Skyrocket housing costs, limited availability for residential options, a staffing crisis, and limited services or financial resources have created cracks within the founda- tion for housing options for many, but especially for individuals with autism. This session will show what we can do to change this together.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER​

Carolyn Gammicchia

Carolyn Gammicchia is a long-time advocate for the disability and autism communities. As a sibling and parent of loved ones with disabilities, it has been her passion to ensure access for overall wellness and choice for not only them but for others. She has served on the boards of several national and state disability organizations, founded non-profit organizations to educate others, and has driven legislation and opened avenues of services and support changes within both private insurance and Medicaid. The Gammicchia Family has shared their story now for over 25 years to educate, support, empower, and provide hope for others.
